In production order, the movie is divided into 3 parts, each of which were approximately 22 minutes. Turner, who dismiss their son's concerns of Vicky every time, refuse to believe that Vicky is indeed an evil babysitter, until they receive information proving otherwise from Vicky's younger sister Tootie. Timmy tries to out-geek his buddies by wishing for an authentic looking alien during a reenactment of their favorite science fiction TV show. Timmy wishes up for another magical remote, and enters inside television in order to stop Vicky's plans. Timmy gets a quick lesson in be careful what you wish for when he wishes to be a grown-up. With the remote, Vicky plans to enter the "Dictator Week" channel so she can become a world dictator in the future.
